Even today, I’m still surprised by the size of the Yankee stadium. It is so huge it just gets me WOW every time! You can perfectly see the view from every angle. The place was super crowded when we were entering and I guess that’s something we can't do anything about but once we entered, it was all over. ,e and my friends had an awesome experience at the stadium watching the VT vs MD game. The cleanliness of the stadium was itself a huge compliment! Just heads up – they don’t really accept cash so make sure to take your credit card along in case there’s an issue.
I don’t discuss serious stuff here but there’s one thing about the Rikers Island that always keeps me wondering… why is it the main jail complex in New York? There are a lot of detainees that can’t afford bail so they simply stay there until their trials are over and about 60000 people get back home each year. The inmates there are scheduled to work on Hart island and sometimes both islands disappear from the MTA maps. It’s so strange, right? There’s news that Riker’s island may transform but it’ll cost a lot of money! One good thing about the place is that it has its own bakery and I think that’s very thoughtful, the people are motivated to work in the bakery. There’s a power plant too!
A journalist, never really gets tired of the work! Well, I remember I had been working on the North & South Brother Islands that I had to discuss in a meeting with my team members. It was an interesting one in fact! Everyone had done their research on how these small brother islands were designated as sanctuaries for water birds. The islands were offered in the auction as ‘eligible situation for a pilot or a house of entertainment because of the locations. We discussed how the place used to be a disease control area, North Brother used to serve as post-WWH housing for veterans and a drug treatment facility, and more. The fun fact that I found out was that you CAN somehow visit the North Brother island if you’re lucky enough!
My favorite place to do shopping is Forman Mills. It has the best collection for women, men, and children. Trust me or not, I literally buy all of my family's clothes from here and that too is just under $100! I mean, it may sound silly to those who haven't been there but I guess it’s a great place for anyone who’s struggling with finding gifts or clothes for them. One thing I was concerned about was that it didn’t have a few sizes such as 3x but I still managed somehow. My kids often purchase toys from here and my wife also gifted me a belt that she bought from here 2 years ago. I’m still wearing it lol! So affordable, variety, great stuff but that is also why you have to wait in lines for your turn at the cashier…

I am a working professional and it's almost impossible for me to take care of my laundry and simultaneously manage other chores. I had previously used some laundry services but never felt content with their results. I had to keep on switching the vendors until I got in touch with Fresh Spin Laundromats. They are by far the best laundry service I have come across in the Bronx. I can find them right in front of my door whenever I need them. You just need to specify the pickup and dropoff times, the temperature of water you prefer for your clothes, the detergent, and fabric softener that you use, and leave the rest to FreshSpin. You will find the clothes smelling fresh and perfectly folded right at your doorstep. Do try out their services and you won’t have to jump to any other laundromats.
Daisy has the perfect location. The facilities are great. The apartments are well constructed and spacious. The maintenance staff is very punctual and professional. They only need a gym and a nice swimming pool and I’d give the place a 10/10. The parking lot is wide and extensive. I visited this place with my friend on an official visit and I was surprised to see such an awesome residence at a very low price. If you are a resident of Mount Eden, you would know what you are talking about. If you get some other idea in your mind, let me know, I would definitely visit your recommendation as well.

Apex Leisure & Wildlife Park is a lovely place for everyone. Plenty of free parking but can get full very quickly on nice days. Toilets, snack/coffee van, ice cream van during certain times of the year. There is a small dog agility area. Children's playground, exercise equipment & skateboard area. Plenty of places to sit & chill. A great place for a walk with or without your dog/s & cycling routes. This is recommended place to visit with your fam and family. If you get someplace else in your mind, let me know! I am a big fan of Highbridge Apex Leisure and Wildlife Park. I will keep visiting this place often.

Dr. Sepideh Baghian is the best medical service in Morris Heights. This is the epitome of what a true medical professional should be especially when you’re entrusting your health to them. She’s patient, courteous, and gives you her undivided attention. Although I receive medical care elsewhere, any orthopedic care I need I will always return to her. She is not only a good healer but also a good listener. She doesn’t only treat physical pain but understand trauma and challenges, she also helps to move on. If you get someone else in your mind, let me know!!!!!!!!! I will visit your recommendation as well.

Tremont City Park is the Best. This place is 100/100 for fun, hanging out, playing indoor games, and food festivals. We enjoyed last year's Tremont turkey festival here. It was a vibe. Annual celebrations keep held. So, if you are a resident of Tremont, you must visit this place. They have such a Perfect Atmosphere, and that Strawberry Shortcake...YUMMY😊 It has been a year but still, I can’t get over a tasting and visiting. You can also arrange your birthday or office celebration there but you have to get the permit first. You can do a lot of fun with your fam and family here. You must visit this place in spring, this has a whole vibe.
