I recently discovered this new club in Williamsburg called schimanskin. They have two decent size dance rooms with great lighting and sound. If you buy a ticket to see one dj you can go back and forth between rooms. We went on a night that had a bad bunny party on one side and house music on the other. It was nice to have options. If your looking for some where new to go out to, check this place out.
Pony Boy is a little hidden gem in Greenpoint. It is a great place to visit during the weekend. If your looking for a place to dance with great music this is the place. It doesn’t get too crowded and the vibe there is tons of fun. They also have a food menu if you want to grab some food before the dj starts up.
Cooper Mug Coffee in Williamsburg is a great place to do some work or even grab lunch. They have this cute hidden back yard area with tons of seating. They always have such a great playlist playing. I enjoy a coffee shop that has a decent menu to eat lunch so you don’t have to stop doing work to grab food.
People always ask me when is the best time to move to NYC? If you don’t need to move by a specific time I would say wait around September-November. Around this time of the year the summer rush has ended and prices will go down a little more. Making it way more affordable to move. Also, who wants to move in the middle of summer is the scorching heat.
Sew Top Cleaners is in my opinion the best dry cleaning service in the area. Their prices are the most affordable and the staff is extremely friendly. Their turn around time is very quick as well. They also have a tailor that has done some last minute things for me in the same day.
Partners on North 6th st in Williamsburg is the perfect place for you to get some work done and grab a coffee. They also have a great menu for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is their breakfast burrito. I prefer a coffee shop that has food options so you can spend hours here and don’t have to leave. The staff is also very nice. Truly have nothing to complain about.
