Austin, Texas is one of my favorite cities. I used to live and work in Austin before covid and I definitely want to go back! If you are moving or visiting there soon and looking to find fun things to do, I thought I would share my list of favorite things to do in the ATX.
Barton Springs Pool is one of the coolest places to go, especially on a hot summer day. It is a recreational outdoor swimming pool that is filled entirely with water from nearby natural springs. From what I remember, the entry fee is free.
Food Food Food… If you are visiting the ATX, you better be hungry because Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex will be waiting for you. Franklin's Barbecue is a staple but there is always a long wait. A hole in the wall spot, for some delicious brisket, is Iron Works Barbeque.
If you like going out for drinks and want a fun night out, Rainey Street and 6th Street are the places to be. From my experience 6th Street is for more of the “younger, college” crowd, while Rainey Street is more “classy”. A really cool bar on Rainey Street that is a personal favorite of mine, Container Bar.

What’s up Nicity community!
I don’t live in New York City, however I have visited several times. If you currently live in New York City or are moving there soon and want to find fun things to do, I thought I would share my list of favorite things to do in NYC!
1. NYC is one of the biggest sporting markets in the world, with some of the most iconic franchises such as the Yankees and Knicks. As a big sports fan, watching a game at Yankees Stadium or MSG is a must.
2. Chelsea Market is amazing! It’s a great place to eat, there are cuisines from all over the world. Whatever you have taste for, you can find it there. Also, there are very cool boutique shops, if you are interested in shopping.
3. A hot “tourist spot” that I recently visited was SUMMIT (photo included). In my opinion, it is better than the Empire State Building. It has the most amazing views of NYC, I highly recommend it!

There are so many amazing spots in NYC but our favourite is probably the DUMBO in Brooklyn for the breathtaking view of Manhattan! Highly recommend if you have not been there yet💜

Sometimes you just want a bit of peace and quiet to relax. Bryant Park is a great spot to get into a good book or join a board game to meet some new friends. This park is right by the NY Library's main branch, so you can't miss it.

What a better evening than having an amazing and delicious lunch with your friends, or even just a fancy ice cream date. Sant Ambroeus Gelatteria is located in Lafayette Street and serves variety of lunch options that may go as well very nice with a Cocktail or a Wine, I highly recommend the Crudo di Cavolini salad with a Raspberry Beret Cocktail, I should tell you to leave plenty space for dessert. Start your dessert with a lemon tart, the flavour is just like if you´re in heaven, finish off with a Stracciatella ice cream. The food is amazing, but the experience is even better, 10/10 in customer service, they make you feel welcomed...a really great plus is that the place is actually pretty nice and perfect for an instagram story or post for you to share the aesthetic facy vibes you can live in New York City.

If you are looking for a special night out whether you want to test your rap skills in front of a crowd, sing at the top of your lungs with your best friend or just scream... I got a perfect place for that. New York has one of the greatest venues that host worldwide music entertainers, Radio City Music Hall takes place in 6th Avenue, the most inconic area around New York that so many tourist and even locals dream before they visit. The most recent artist who visited the venue was Rosalia which we can tell she was AMAZING and had such a great show. I definetly recomend having a nice day walking around the area, visiting the Rockefeller Center, walking around Central park, go on top of the amazing Empire State Building and definitely at night go and have fun at a concert in Radio City Music Hall.
