Austin, Texas is one of my favorite cities. I used to live and work in Austin before covid and I definitely want to go back! If you are moving or visiting there soon and looking to find fun things to do, I thought I would share my list of favorite things to do in the ATX.
Barton Springs Pool is one of the coolest places to go, especially on a hot summer day. It is a recreational outdoor swimming pool that is filled entirely with water from nearby natural springs. From what I remember, the entry fee is free.
Food Food Food… If you are visiting the ATX, you better be hungry because Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex will be waiting for you. Franklin's Barbecue is a staple but there is always a long wait. A hole in the wall spot, for some delicious brisket, is Iron Works Barbeque.
If you like going out for drinks and want a fun night out, Rainey Street and 6th Street are the places to be. From my experience 6th Street is for more of the “younger, college” crowd, while Rainey Street is more “classy”. A really cool bar on Rainey Street that is a personal favorite of mine, Container Bar.

What’s up Nicity community!
I don’t live in New York City, however I have visited several times. If you currently live in New York City or are moving there soon and want to find fun things to do, I thought I would share my list of favorite things to do in NYC!
1. NYC is one of the biggest sporting markets in the world, with some of the most iconic franchises such as the Yankees and Knicks. As a big sports fan, watching a game at Yankees Stadium or MSG is a must.
2. Chelsea Market is amazing! It’s a great place to eat, there are cuisines from all over the world. Whatever you have taste for, you can find it there. Also, there are very cool boutique shops, if you are interested in shopping.
3. A hot “tourist spot” that I recently visited was SUMMIT (photo included). In my opinion, it is better than the Empire State Building. It has the most amazing views of NYC, I highly recommend it!

Love this! Thank you for sharing!
There are so many amazing spots in NYC but our favourite is probably the DUMBO in Brooklyn for the breathtaking view of Manhattan! Highly recommend if you have not been there yet💜
Sometimes you just want a bit of peace and quiet to relax. Bryant Park is a great spot to get into a good book or join a board game to meet some new friends. This park is right by the NY Library's main branch, so you can't miss it.

If you are looking for a special night out whether you want to test your rap skills in front of a crowd, sing at the top of your lungs with your best friend or just scream... I got a perfect place for that. New York has one of the greatest venues that host worldwide music entertainers, Radio City Music Hall takes place in 6th Avenue, the most inconic area around New York that so many tourist and even locals dream before they visit. The most recent artist who visited the venue was Rosalia which we can tell she was AMAZING and had such a great show. I definetly recomend having a nice day walking around the area, visiting the Rockefeller Center, walking around Central park, go on top of the amazing Empire State Building and definitely at night go and have fun at a concert in Radio City Music Hall.

MORTGAGE RATES HAVE RISEN TO JUST BELOW 6%, WHICH ISN'T GOOD COMPARED TO LAST DECEMBER. BUT THE HISTORICAL AVERAGE IS 8%. IF YOU DON'T BUY. THEN YOU HAVE TO RENT-AND RENTAL PRICES ARE AT AN ALL-TIME HIGH. MORE
IMPORTANTLY, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE INTEREST RATE IS WHEN YOU RENT? 100%! AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOUR CLIENTS ARE GOING TO PAY SOMEONE'S MORTGAGE AND BUILD SOMEONE'S EQUITY. THE QUESTION THEY NEED TO ASK THEMSELVES IS: WHOSE EQUITY DO THEY WANT TO BUILD-THEIR OWN OR SOMEONE ELSE'S?
The average rent for New York today is $5000. The market is still very hot. With open houses that have lines around the block or bidding wars going up to $1500 over ask. The only way around this mess is to work with an agent that has relationships with other agents. This will get your foot in the door and then you don’t have to compete with other applicants. If you need help navigate this market let me know.
