I have been looking at wedding venue and found out about this beautiful venue in Long Island city call The Foundry. They have 3 different rooms you can book out not including their breath taking court yard. They also have a grooms men room with a pool table. Prices to host a wedding here are reasonable compared to other venues. If your on the hunt for wedding venues you should come check out one of their open houses.

  • T&J Cleaners is a fantastic tailoring business managed by a lovely Korean couple. About 1.5 weeks before the occasion, I came in to tailor a dress for a wedding. I had to get the outfit taken in and stretched, which I'd never done before, and I was worried about the short time frame. They made me feel quite at ease during the process and provided me with several alternatives for customizing it, which I enjoyed. They assigned me a week to do it, but it was completed in less than four days! The garment turned out beautifully and photographed beautifully. Their tailoring services come highly recommended by me. I can't comment on pricing because I don't have a benchmark, but for the speed, dependability, and quality, they're well worth it!

  • You know how when you're driving home from work or when you first wake up in the morning, the last thing you want to do is go to the gym? Since I started working out at Beyond Movement Fitness, I haven't felt like that. What I like best about Beyond Movement Fitness is how much emphasis they place on perfect alignment while increasing strength and stamina. I never have to worry about getting hurt, and class numbers range from 6 to 12 people, so it's always a really personalized experience. I've taken a few classes, and each one brings something unique to the table. There should be a class for you, whether it's core, cardio, muscular toning, or strength growth. The trainers: These aren't your typical trainers that urge you to do things only to get you to do them. They tell you exactly what the action is for, what muscle it's targeting, and how to adjust your posture and technique so you don't get hurt while getting the most out of it at Beyond. They're friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to attain the outcomes you want. The classes: During the week, different classes do different things. Upper and lower body, cardio and core, boxing, complete body toning, and weekend warrior programs are just some of the options. The workouts are always new, and the trainers keep you on your toes. My abs were really sore after each session because I have a weak core, so you know it's working! They'll also take you outside during great weather so you're not stuck in a studio all the time. Beyond Movement in LIC is the place to go if you're searching for a gym that's both enjoyable and tough. Trainers are always there to inspire, educate, and correct you. They are there to push you to your limits so that you can attain your goals.

  • Kawaii Salon and Spa is incredible! I keep returning! It's very new and beautifully decorated. Here, clients can unwind. The atmosphere was quite soothing. I was provided wine and tea, and the proprietor was delightful. All of the care they take for their consumers pleased me much. There was a temperature check upon admission, masks were required (the nail tech wore both mask and shield), a plastic curtain between the pedicure chairs, disposable basin liners for the pedicure chairs, and all instruments were in sealed packaging or disposable. Eyelash extensions, waxing, threading, and massage are just a few of the services they provide. They take excellent care of their clients. I had my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed: Eva did an excellent job shaping my brows (she was speedy and efficient), and their mani-pedi services are also excellent. Excellent value and service. I have extremely sensitive skin and decided to get a Brazilian wax; however, when Eva observed I was in a lot of pain, she stopped and said she would not charge me for it (despite the fact that she was halfway through) - this is quite unusual for any facility. They are trustworthy, diligent, and eager to expand their company.
